Excellent work for the price, and the price is very reasonable considering the lifetime warranty. Tinting was done within an hour and a half and I was able to wait in the front. For negative reviews that mention the lifetime warranty not being covered, both the owner and another employee made it very clear to keep the receipt for warranty purposes. Will be back for any future vehicles, and will highly recommend anyone to come here for tinting.
Wow!! There’s definitely a reason why this place has 4.9/5 stars! I won’t go anywhere else going forward. I was met as I walked up to the front door by (who I believe was the owner), he said he would take my keys and to check in at the front desk. A guy was waiting for me to write my name on an invoice and my vehicle make model and year. It literally took 20 minutes to do both my front two windows on my 2025 Traverse (door was open to the shop so I could see them working on it too!). I decided last minute to do a sun strip as they were backing out my vehicle. I apologized and they said no problem, we will pull it back in and put it on. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Wonderful service and FAST!
I've had the pleasure of using Auto Glass Tint for multiple cars, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Scott does an outstanding job and truly takes pride in his work. I recommend Auto Glass Tint—you won't be disappointed!
These guys do excellent work! I had a tear in my brow tint after scheduled oil change and they repaired it for me, no questions asked! You don’t see that in today’s economy. I am so grateful, thank you!
I am unable to reply to the owners comment below. I would like to include a photo of what the tint looks like on my 2016 Elantra. 9/23/24 was my THIRD attempt to try to get them to work with me. I'm not asking it for free - I would have happily paid if they would have worked with me on the cost to remove/replace. Their price was double the cost of anywhere else I called. Scott Flaming says his routine is to "tell every customer" but I do not recall that ever being said to me. If it had, I would have placed the receipt with my car registration where other critical documents go. Blame it on the customer - not the fact that it's now 2024 and computers are used for almost everything these days and just "maybe" you forgot it as part of your routine. But he's been doing it this way for 30+ years and has no intention on changing anything. I ONLY received a response back after I advised that I would be posting a review because I was a true, loyal customer - who referred countless friends/family here & had multiple cars of my own tinted here. On 9/23 I attempted reaching this company for the 3rd and final time and followed up with an email. I provided my phone # in that email but never received a call. Finally today, 9/27 I had an appointment to get this fixed because I did not want to look at it anymore. My mistake for not knowing his vacation schedule, as there was no "out of office" on the company phone or email. Unprofessional would be an understatement. This is not a customer oriented business who appreciates loyal, returning clients.
