Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Auto Tint Express! From the moment I reached out, their response time to my quote was incredibly fast. They were able to get me in the same day, which was a huge plus! The rates are very competitive, especially for the quality brand tint they offer. The staff is friendly, informative, and made sure I understood all my options. While waiting, the small waiting room was cozy, with a couple of chairs and a TV for entertainment. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP I am genuinely in disbelief right now. I purchased a brand new Genesis G90 on April 23rd 2025. I brought the car in to get tinted the next day on April 24th. Everything in my car was working as it was a brand new vehicle. I dropped the car off at 1 pm. I picked it up at 4:50 and was the last customer. As I was driving I noticed my front right 3d surround sound speaker was not rising. I also noticed a significant amount of wind noise coming in from the drivers side window. I brought the car back to auto tint express on April 25th at 11:30 am to discuss the issues that were obviously caused during installation. The only person working was a tech named Edwin. I explained to him what happened. He verified that the speaker was no longer working. He went to the back to call his manager. When he came back to view the car again he said “we didn’t do that. It’s impossible” I explained to him the timeline of events and how it was a brand new car that I purchased the day before. He just kept repeating that “we didn’t do that”. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “you can’t” I asked for the managers name, he refused to give it to me. I asked if as a tech he was qualified to handle this situation, he claimed he was. Basically after 15 minutes of arguing he threatened to call the cops on me and trespassed me from the building. I am in genuine shock right now. If the owner of this business wants to reach out and talk, I would greatly appreciate it because Edwin also claimed that I could not speak to the owner and refused to give me any contact information to try and resolve this issue. He also said that I was lying about the timeline of events. I have had 3 cars tinted here with no issues before so it is appalling to see the lack of professionalism and integrity of this shop. I think if you have a new luxury car with a lot of tech, you should avoid this place like the plague.

Eduardo has been great all of the times I have come here. I am a repeat and referred customer, I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Their prices are very affordable and reasonable and they have a life time warranty. They’re very fast and have had my vehicles ready same day every time. I was shopping around for a good tint place. I have never had tint on any of my previous cars. I did a lot of research and called various places. I compared prices with all the places. I filled out the form on Auto Tint Express. They texted me within 30 mins. The 1st time I texted them was on April 19th. We went over prices and different types of tint options that they offered. I told them I would get back to them. I decided on 05/09 that I was going to go ahead with them. They had a next day appointment. I had to switch my appointment time the morning of my appointment and they were courteous. They were able to give me an earlier appointment that worked with my schedule. I came in and Eduardo went over all the tint options and prices. He showed me different shades of tint. He demonstrated the heat box and how different tint work with sunlight. He gave me time to decide which one I wanted. He didn’t pressure me and answered all my questions. I added windshield tint last minute and they were able to still get it done in the 2-3 hour range that they initially said. It was a great experience. I will recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. They did a great job on my car. I went with Prime XR / Xpel XR ceramic tint. I love it. The visibility is great!
