5 Stars I was referred to Cadasse Auto Tinting by a friend, and on a random day, I decided to call—last minute—just to check on quotes. From the very first conversation, the service was amazing. He was super friendly, respectful, and went out of his way to accommodate me. I explained I was on a tight schedule, and he literally met me at the shop within 20 minutes! What stood out the most was how communicative and transparent he was. I came in pretty naïve with a lot of questions, but not once did he make me feel like I was being annoying or asking too much. He took his time to explain everything, offered great advice, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. What I thought would be a long appointment turned out to be super efficient. Since the back of my car was already tinted, he let me know he could get the front done same-day—no need to wait or reschedule. The whole thing took just about an hour. The quality of work was excellent, and the overall experience—from the service and convenience to the professionalism and hospitality—was top-notch. What a great experience! Dale was professional, friendly and very accommodating when it came to my vehicle. He took the time to discuss the different types of film that could be applied and got the job done in the blink of an eye! The tint came out amazing and exactly how I wanted. From start to finish, Dale provided great customer service. He took the time to explain the different tint options (ceramic, carbon, etc) which I really appreciated. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on the pricing. However, I have to give credit where it’s due: Dale handled the situation with integrity and honored the price without hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare these days and shows that he truly values his clients. I would definitely come back and get tinted again. Shoutout my man Dale!

Let me just start with saying that this tint shop is one of the best around. The quality is top tier and the service is top tier. I recently brought my '22 VW Golf GTI here to get tinted and Dale was able to fit me into his schedule and get my car done within 2 hours. I was beyond impressed with his skill & professionalism and I ended up getting our '24 VW Tiguan also tinted to match. This service is quality and expensive, if you aren't willing to pay the premium don't expect the quality!! 10/10 I recommend everybody that I know to go here.
