Incognito Tints

This is by far the best tint shop I have ever been to. The attention to detail is astounding. I’ve had windows, headlights, and tail lights tinted in 2 of my vehicles and they didn’t disappoint any of the times I’ve been to them. For window tints, there wasn’t a single bubble or crease in any of the windows. Same goes for the headlight and tail light tints. This shop is truly professional and a hidden gem amongst others that do a lackluster and pathetic job, needing the car to be brought back several times. While there were some misunderstandings, all issues were cleared up with a more than satisfactory resolution. They were in constant contact and transparent with any concerns I’ve had. The new shop is also quite the upgrade over their old location. Easier to find, you’re able to see your car during the whole process, and the waiting room is much more open with refreshments. The building is much newer and a much more pleasant place to be. It has welcoming and open atmosphere in comparison. As for the cars, the Fusion has 20% all around with a 50% windshield (windows with louvers were left from the previous job as I didn’t want to remove them, risking breaking them just to have them re-tinted). It also has Luxe Dark Smoke tail light tints installed by them, with the tinted headlight corners and fog lights done myself. In combination with the chrome delete, the car surely looks stunning. The Forte has Luxe Light Smoke headlight and Dark Smoke tail light tints, with the window tints being done by another shop. When these dyed window tints fade, I definitely will be bring this car back to Incognito to have them redone. The tinted lights really breathe new life into a car with higher mileage. Definitely an outstanding job and would refer this shop to anyone willing to make the drive out to Avon. Top notch quality unparalleled by anyone else. I was so used to mediocrity. The first shop wanted free advertising by putting a sticker without my permission, the second used a flathead screwdriver and basketball shorts to remove the rearview mirror miraculously not breaking the windshield in the process, the third had way too many bubbles and creases for the price paid and made a name for their “top quality film” calling it “carbon ceramic” when I learned that such film doesn’t exist. It’s either carbon or ceramic, not both. That leads me to then fourth, Incognito. In many cases the 3rd time is the charm, but for me with tinting shops, it’s the 4th instead. Bring your car to Incognito for all your tinting needs. They will not disappoint and you will be happy with the results. Pricing is fair given the given the quality of work. I will not go anywhere near else for my current or future vehicles. They’ve earned my business as a regular customer and will keep coming back

Ben was awesome - great communication, met us on time, explained options, completed the job on time and provided clear instructions for the next 3-4 days to allow the film to dry properly. Cost was comparable to others. Having him in town made for an easy decision. We matched the front windows to rear and added 20% to the windshield. Our main objective was to reduce the heat coming through those 3 glass panels on a sunny day.

I got CT-legal 35% all around with shade strip on the windshield. Everything came out great! Really looks fantastic on my 2024 black M2. Not too dark, either. And my installer was a very nice guy, we chatted about cars for a bit even. I took his advice and upgraded to the ceramic tint, too. I highly recommend the shop - fantastic clean job and a nice business worthy of your support!!

I am a return customer and would highly recommend. They tinted my 2024 Jeep and previously my Mercedes including the tail lights.

My wife and I both had our windows tinted at incognito tints recently. We couldn’t be happier. The staff and price were great and the work was done quick. I would highly recommend them and use them again if the future.
