The customer service was on point! They answered all my questions without any pushy sales tactics. The film application was flawless, exactly what I wanted. If you're in the Harford area and need your car windows tinted, Incognito is the place to go. I've been getting my cars tinted for years, and out of the 4 or so places I've been to, they're definitely the best. I dealt with Luis personally, and he made the whole process super easy. He did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations.
