Great job on all vehicle tint at fair price. Researched various tint companies in Albuquerque before deciding on the tint factory. They use the best 3m products and skilled installation technicians. We’ve had about 10 vehicles tinted over the years and a I would give the highest rating for each job. Just had a front windshield replaced and needed to also replace the tint. In and out pretty quick. Another great job. Front office staff is amazing and very informative in responding to my questions. Highly recommend the tint factory!!

Went in for a quote a month ago and had no complaints about staff or cleanliness of the business. Brought my wife's car in today to get all the windows to include windshield tinted. The lobby was once again very clean and professional , including the lobby staff. When I got off work, I went back in order to wait for the vehicle. It got done around 4, I got the keys and paid. Went out and got in the car, and the windshield had not been completed. The individual who checked me out came out to inspect the windshield. She said she would go speak with the installer as they might be able to get it done while I wait. Unfortunately, I'm guessing they were unwilling to stay past the closing time to fix the issue so I made another appointment in order to get the installation completed. Unfortunately, i will have to stay and wait the 1-2 hours. The individual helping me seemed genuinely apologetic, but I'm not sure how this can be a mistake that is made. I did a further inspection of the windows and noted two of the back side cargo windows seemed to have the window tint trimmed incorrectly as there's a small area on the corners where there is no tint. Although it is a small area, based on my initial impressions, I did not think these would be issues I would have. UPDATE: Was going to redo my review completely, but I think it's important, if not more important, how mistakes are handled when made. The day after my installation, one of the managers called me to speak with me. He stated that due to the miscommunication that took place about my install, they would refund me the amount for the windshield tint. I advised it wasn't nessassary, but he insisted. He stated if there was anything else I needed to let them know. I mentioned the small rear door windows, and he asked me to send a picture so that he could understand what windows i was referring too. I sent the pictures and let him know I had made a mistake as well as I initially told him the wrong windows. After looking at the pictures he said they would take care of it and trim it by hand if needed. He said that some of the window tint is computer cut and they can be inaccurate sometimes When I arrived today to have the work completed, the lobby and employees were once again very clean and professional. As I was waiting, I spoke with one of the front lobby staff as i had some questions about another vehicle i plan on getting tinted. They were patient and very helpful with my questions. While waiting, i noted they were this way with every customer that came and went. After my car was first done, Shaun let me know that after completing the work, they noticed a defect in one of the other windows and were going to replace it as well. This attention to detail shows that although the company seems to be doing very well, they make taking care of their customers a priority and want to build lifetime returning customers. I have dealt with companies in the past that take mistakes they made and manage to make you feel like you are an inconvenience for them instead of taking ownership of it and fixing it. This was not the case at Tint and Trim Factory at all and, in my opinion, went above and beyond my wife and I expectations to have the issue resolved. It would have been very easy for them to just throw the windshield tint on real quick and push us on our way without building that customer experience. Because of the time and extent they took to correct this inconvenience, they have made a returning customer out of me and I will definitely be referring them to family and friends. If you made it this far, you're invested. The soap is gone and i will step off my box. Don't worry I am almost done. Shaun brought my keys and apologized again for the inconvenience and said he heard that I was speaking with the lobby staff about another vehicle I wanted to get tinted. He said he was having a note put in to give me a 20% discount for that vehicle. This once again shows that customer relationship they want to build. I was expecting a precision tint job from Tint and Trim Factory seeing all these positive reviews. They told me not to roll down my windows for several days which I did, only to see this. Embarrassed to roll down my windows… Not sure what went wrong for them to send work like this out of their shop. The gaps along the edge vary between 1/8 to 3/8 inch. The gaps are crooked on all the windows. There is also debris under the film on the rear windows. Careless work depreciating your time, car, and money. They don’t know BMW’s as they have the wrong type on the warranty ticket. This is an X5 not an X7. You don’t meet your installer or the owner at this shop, only the person working the front desk. They have a prominent sign, no customers allowed in the shop. It’s tacky when you have to tell paying customers with a sign to not do something they already probably know. Why not install a clear window of your shop and remove the sign? There are obvious cracks in this business. Several red flags with transparency. Alot of car businesses and car dealers pay services to write fake reviews to cover up their shenanigans. If you carefully read some of these reviews, there seems to be a suspicious pattern with similar writing styles. There is a picture of the same red Ferrari which is also on their competitors site. I would not trust this business with an exotic car, especially in this neighborhood. No response from the owner after many months. Continue to post fake reviews to keep their rating high... Finally a response. Unfortunately I was deployed overseas and returned home this week after 1 year.

From the estimator to the installation team, everyone was awesome. From explaining the products & pricing to giving excellent tips to keep the tint in premiere condition--- all great info & employees!!! I highly recommend The Tint & Trim Factory to anyone needing to get their home windows tinted!

I have used this company to tint every car I have had since 2013 and have always done an amazing job. So I decided to have them tint some windows on my business. Once again, they did an amazing job and at a fair price. They are the only tint company I will recommend.
