TINT 360

There is a reason Tint 360 has merely a perfect Google review. I have no regrets doing business with Tint 360. Not only did they do an amazing job and make my 2018 Honda HRV look even better than it did but their Customer Service was definitely stupendous. If anyone ever asks what local Tint shop would I recommend in the valley only one will come to mind Tint 360. I’m so glad that we did the 5% Limousine Tint in the rear 3 windows. It was just the right amount of light transmission, so people couldn’t see into the back of my car and tell that I have a speaker box.

I inquired about having my brand new BMW tinted at this facility. I work in the automotive industry and was seeking a place that understood how much fragile technology is in my vehicle. I found they tinted a few newer BMWs and decided to make an appointment. I dropped off in the morning and stayed in the area. Vehicle was completed a little late but I am grateful they got it done same day. Vehicle looked great. Less than 12 hours later the ambient lighting on my vehicle went out. I did not take a photo or video because I was driving. I also thought maybe just a connector were loose. I had the dealership I work at take a look at my vehicle to see if the issue was covered under warranty. It was not, due to liquid getting into my door panel and contacting the light source module. They asked if I had the vehicle tinted recently and I said yes literally the night before. I called Tint360 and spoke with one of the girls (who is amazing) who asked for me to send in photos of the damaged module and the repair estimate. I sent those in and the next morning I send in a better screenshot of the breakdown for parts/labour/etc. I get a call from “Ryan, the owner” and am told “they have tinted so many vehicles like mine and have never had an issue” I told him that that does not mean it will never happen. He was adamant that they did not damage the module. He also said I should know better and corrosion does not happen this fast. I became extremely frustrated because I felt like I was not being heard and allowed to talk. I let him know that’s fine, I will never bring any of my vehicles back to them and I will let people know to avoid Tint360. To this he responded saying he will “call my General Manager” at the dealership I work for, which seemed like a threat. Extremely unprofessional being that my GM has nothing to do with the situation and this is purely a customer and business interaction. He said I would have brought the vehicle back to them right away if an issue occurred. I work at a dealership with certified technicians, why would I not have a specialist look at my car? I am still waiting for a response back to the message I sent 26. March.

So happy we found Tint 360. We were treated with respect and kindness starting from the initial quote to the finished job. Entire car was tinted flawlessly. The shop was super clean and well maintained. Prices are very competitive and reasonable for the quality of work received. Would highly recommend Tint 360 if you're looking to get your windows tinted. They also do ppf and vinyl wraps that we watched get done and looked top notch!

Cindy reached out from a prior quote and we made the numbers work and I was able to get my wagon tinted, windshield protection and ceramic coating. Cindy was awesome and amazing to work with. I met with Bailey at the storefront off of Deer Valley Rd. and she was courteous and explained the process from beginning to end. Another really good experience! Tint360 did an amazing job on the vehicle and was way more cleaner than when I brought it in.
