Tint Factory

My husband had the unfortunate experience of hitting an antelope. We had the damage repaired by a local auto repair shop. They sent our vehicle to Tint Factory to replace the clear adhesive bra on the front bumper. The service with them was quick, but the bra began to lift on the edge after a few days.Tint Factory resealed it, but it came loose a second time in the same spot. Tint Factory blamed us saying we pressure washed it and abused it the words he used were "extreme abuse!". We live on a gravel road and drive a 4 wheel drive 2500. It was also the muddiest week of the year. The email that the owner of Tint Factory sent to the auto body shop was rude and condescending. I would post it here but my review is already long enough. Since Tint Factory refused to honor their warranty for an insufficient product, the auto body shop was forced to use a different custom shop and had to pick up the cost. The good news is that the new and better quality clear bra is holding even in the rain and mud. I will never recommend Tint Factory and the owner should consider not dealing with people. He should also know the affects on clear bras on trucks since he belongs to several 4x4 clubs.

Owner is an absolute gem. Nicest guy you’d ever meet and just wants to provide the absolute best service possible. 10/10 I’d recommend these guys. We have used them for PPF numerous times and it’s always perfect.

I Highly Recommend!! Vern really helped me understand my options and what would work best for me, with Great Confidence! NEVER did Vern make me feel pressured! He got to know me, the needs, and Showed me the Proof of how well the product would work! Then His Crew did an amazing, Clean job with installation! I do Not regret any of the items installed on my Van that Vern recommended! More Details below: The specialized window & windshield tints and the clear PPF wrap have protected my Van and myself from the Road Grime, Bugs, and Direct Sun over the past 22,000 Montana Highway miles! My Van's windows are 2 feet tall, and the windshield is shy of 4 feet! I needed to Not burn on my Bi-Weekly roundtrips to Missoula from Billings, and protect the van from All the road debri and bugs that would eat into body! And it Works!! The 20% Ceramic Tint for the Driver and Passenger eliminate that "Burn" from the sun you feel at the window. The seats are Never Hot! AND....the IR70 windshield tint is a Life Saver for all the miles I drive! I don't feel like I'm in a hot box, the dash is only warm, and I DONT have to run the AC that hard! It's a Very comfortable drive, AND folks on the outside can't really see Through your vehicle! Great Privacy And still easy to see at night!! The PPF wrap with Ceramic coating on the front of my van has stopped countless chips and wear from all the driving, bugs and debri that fly from passing vehicles! Also makes it super easy to clean! Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the product functionality, the quality, and Tint Factory's work! Makes my driving job much more comfortable and Safer!
