TintPros Went Above and Beyond for My Tesla with Incredible Customer Care I had an amazing experience with TintPros for my 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper. I actually started chatting with them before I even got the car—I reached out for an initial quote before placing my vehicle order so I could plan ahead. Liz made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive—answering all of my questions, big or small. She helped me choose the right package, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and worked with my schedule for drop-off and pickup. Super thankful for her. I went with their Full Front PPF package and tint on the front two windows and windshield. The quality of the work is top-notch—the car looks sharp and professionally done. One of the biggest things that gave me peace of mind was knowing they back their work with a 12-year warranty on the PPF install and a lifetime warranty on the tint. They also offer annual checkups to monitor everything, which really shows how much they stand behind their work. During my 2-week follow-up, they even gave me a tour of their facility—just one of the many thoughtful touches that made the whole experience stand out. I chose Tint Pros to complete a project for a purchase of a new truck. They met me at the dealership on the day of purchase, assisted me by looking the trucking over before accepting it, and drove the truck to their shop to begin work. They were professional and extremely helpful as we worked to finalize the details. Based on the size of the services being requested, Tint Pros took the lead and coordinated services with other companies. I received appropriate communications throughout the process, which kept me informed. I was surprised that Tint Pros was able to have all elements of the project completed within a week. The Tint Pros team is absolutely amazing. I am very satisfied with the service provided and most all, I'm pleased with the fished product. I'll definitely go back to Tint Pros for future products.

She was knowledgeable about the process and gave me an accurate timeline regarding how long my project would take.
