Tinting Chicago

I went to Tinting Chicago today had an 1pm appointment an everything went well until someone from the company drove over an screw and when I got back in my vehicle I saw my tire pressure was going down I pulled over and saw the screw I contacted the company and a Hispanic male answer the phone and was very rude and tried to deflect from what happen and told they can't be blamed for the road and they didn't do it now I said once the person got into my vehicle and drove it it became the company responsible and they told basically oh well even though I no accident happen but when you spend a $150 at your customer service is always expected. Now I paying for a flat and no apology from the company rude manager who need to go to customer service training. 🙏🏾

The team was very professional and efficient. I was able to work in the waiting area until my vehicle was finished. My car was tinted perfectly.

The guys did PPF on my cars . I will recommend them to everyone!!! They are doing a great job. They are professionals. They do it very well with high quality.

Great experience from the guys at Tinting Chicago! Had all my windows tinted and front bumper wrapped with PPF on my Model Y. They did it the same day and I picked up the car in the morning. All windows came out perfect and the ppf install was flawless!! I’ll definitely be coming back for the ceramic coating in the not too distant future!

Got my Crown Victoria tinted with ceramic tinting. Decent price ($370.00). The best part about this place is their integrity. They did a great job tinting, looks great. Easy to set up an appointment. I can't recall the name of the receptionist/checkout guy, but he was awesome, give em a raise and a praise. 10/10 overall. I had a factory tint that I had warned them about. I was told if it interfered with the new tint, it would've cost extra to have the factory tint removed. They soon found out that the factory tint didn't need removing. So rather than lying to me and upcharging me, they showed true integrity. Tipped nicely for that. (TLDR: They had a chance to upcharge me but they did not. Amazing service.)
